Built with Nella Goodarzi, Founder & Principal at Venture Psychology Lab, who is doing her PhD on founders as a population and their psychological response to sustained extreme stress, drawing on the methodologies developed for selecting people for special forces and astronaut programmes.
Nella works with accelerators, funds and family offices on founder profiling and co‑founder matching.
How it works
This might involve providing recommendations of potential co‑founders who have also applied to The Collective, or from our wider network.
There are many incredible examples of solely founded female companies, but due to the additional systemic challenges in fundraising and scaling women's health, the right co‑founder can be incredibly powerful.
We will also use this same structure to create our accountability triplets: sub-groups of 3 designed to match you with other founders in The Collective in synergistic areas, beyond just what company you're building.
