Vision

A home and ecosystem for women's health.

The Collective exists to support women's health companies through the hardest stage of the journey, the gap between pre-seed and Series A, where promising businesses too often stall.

For 9 months we surround you with mentors, investors, finance expertise, and a tight peer group, so you leave the programme stronger, better connected, and ready to raise.

Mission

To support women's health companies navigate the same challenges I faced as a founder.

In January I lost my startup after raising angel investment but not institutional capital. This led me to spend 4 months this year conducting 100 interviews, 8 panels and 34 small group workshops to explore why it's so hard to scale women's health.

Now I want to take what I've learnt and, alongside some amazing mentors, create a home for women's health to stop other founders falling at the same hurdles I did.

I compiled all my findings into a report titled "How Do We Move Women's Health Along? From Pre-Seed to Series A" which you can view here.

Eligibility

Who we're looking for.

We're building a tight cohort. If you're unsure whether you're a fit, apply anyway — we'd rather have the conversation.

  • A women's health company — clinical, consumer, services, or research-led
  • Raised pre-seed or bootstrapped to an equivalent stage
  • A team committed to a 9-month programme starting mid June
  • Open about where you need support most
